Shipping Policy

We understand that your order is likely to be urgent and as such, we endeavour to ship to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping information is as follows:

• Express Saturday delivery (orders must be places before 4:45pm on Friday to qualify for this delivery): £24
• Delivery before 1p: (arrive before 1pm): £14.40
• Standard Delivery: £4.79 (PLEASE NOTE: orders placed on non-working days will be shipped on the first available working day to arrive next day after that)
• Express Next Day Delivery: £6.97

We can ship to pretty much any destination Worldwide. UK and Europe is Next Day and most other destinations are 3-5 days.

To put this into perspective, if you order on a Friday after lunchtime, you are likely to receive delivery on the following Monday. But order placed on a Wednesday should be with you the following Thursday.

Additionally, to the above, we may need a bit more time to process your order in a small number of cases. Below describes how to tell if your order may take a little longer.

 

Stock Status

In order to make stock as accessible as we can, we hold stock in a number of warehouses and sometimes we move it around to give you access to more products, faster.

To help you understand how quickly we can get your order out to you we use the following Stock Status’:

'IN STOCK' - This means we have stock in a warehouse near you and it will be with you Next Working Day.

'IN STOCK, ONLY 5 LEFT!' - This means we have stock in a warehouse near you and it will be with you Next Working Day, but stock is running low.

'7-10 DAY DELIVERY' - This means your purchase needs additional processing time and you and it will be with you Next Working Day following 7-10 days.

'OUT OF STOCK' - This means we currently don’t have stock in our warehouse, but please get in touch and we can advise on availability.
