In the unlikely event that your lamp may fail, we will happily replace it, as long as it is within its warranty period. The warranty period may differ depending on the type of projector lamp you have:
We strive to provide the best possible products, so we take failures seriously and will endeavour to replace or refund your purchase as quickly as we can, within our stated guidelines.
Returns:
To provide the best possible customer service, we have a no quibble returns policy. This means that if you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Please first contact us on 0800 1337143 or contact us here so we can help you with any issues you're having. If you let us know you want to return your product, we will issue with a return reference number and further instructions.

Timeframe to return your item:
Mentioned above in our warranty policy, is the timeframe you have to return your item if you wish to. If you change your mind or your purchase is not faulty, please ensure you act swiftly so that we receive your purchase within 30 days from receipt of goods to you.

When can you expect your refund?
We endeavour to process all refunds within 1 working day from arriving back with us. This may vary during weekends and public holidays.
Once your refund had been processed there may be a delay with your own bank or card issuer to deposit the funds into your account.
