Return and Refund Policy

Our warranty policy:

In the unlikely event that your lamp may fail, we will happily replace it, as long as it is within its warranty period. The warranty period may differ depending on the type of projector lamp you have:

  • Compatible lamps: 120-day warranty
  • VIVID lamps: 180-day warranty
  • OEM lamps: 90-days (unless stated any different- contact us for more information if you are unsure)

We strive to provide the best possible products, so we take failures seriously and will endeavour to replace or refund your purchase as quickly as we can, within our stated guidelines.

 

Returns:

To provide the best possible customer service, we have a no quibble returns policy. This means that if you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

Please first contact us on 0800 1337143 or contact us here so we can help you with any issues you're having. If you let us know you want to return your product, we will issue with a return reference number and further instructions.

If we determine that your product is faulty, we will provide a shipping label to help return it back to us. For more information on faulty lamps, click here.

 

How to ship:

If you wish to return your purchase, and have received your return reference number, please pack up the product that you’re returning, and ensure the following is completed:

  1. If your purchase is not faulty, you need to return it to us in the same condition you received it in. This means the same packaging and with supplied accessories. Any damage to the product or its packaging may result in a rejected return, or a restocking fee.
  2. Faulty purchases should be returned in as much of the original packaging as is still available. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to ensure safe transit back to us to ensure no further damage.
  3. Please do not write on or stick any labels to the product or its original packaging. This will be deemed as damage if the marking cannot be removed.
  4. Once your purchase is repackaged, please pack into an additional shipping box to preserve the original packaging.
  5. If you have received a pre-paid shipping label, please ensure it is used in a timely manner so not to allow it to expire or arrive back with us after your returns period has elapsed.
  6. When creating you own shipping label, please include the unique returns number we've supplied is present in the return address area. This can be added within the address as you type it (address line 2 or within one of the name fields. As long as it's visible once printed). Or you can write the returns number somewhere on the label, taking care not to obscure the returns address or mark the original box.

Timeframe to return your item:

Mentioned above in our warranty policy, is the timeframe you have to return your item if you wish to. If you change your mind or your purchase is not faulty, please ensure you act swiftly so that we receive your purchase within 30 days from receipt of goods to you.

However, if your item is faulty, this should be returned within the specific warranty period for that item. Warranty periods may vary:

  • Projector Lamps- 120-days (Compatible), 180-days (Vivid) and 90-days unless stated otherwise (OEM)
  • Remotes & Filters- 30-days

 

When can you expect your refund?

We endeavour to process all refunds within 1 working day from arriving back with us. This may vary during weekends and public holidays.

Once your refund had been processed there may be a delay with your own bank or card issuer to deposit the funds into your account.
